• Help customers shop, locate products, ad provide them with solutios
• Provide a fast ad friedly checkout experiece; execute cash hadlig to stadards
• Egage customers o the beefits of the Rewards program ad Private Label Credit Cards ad complete erollmets
• Educate customers o the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omi chael processes, icludig Buy Olie Pickup i Store (BOPIS) ad Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate i the truck uload, stockig, ad plaogram (POGs) processes
• Resposible to complete merchadise recovery ad maiteace icludig the merchadise retur / go back process ad geeral store recovery to esure a well-merchadised ad i-stock store
• Perform Store I Stock Optimizatio (SISO) ad AD set duties as assiged
• Support shrik ad safety programs
• Adhere to Stadard Operatig Procedures (SOPs) ad Compay programs to esure compliace with applicable laws ad requiremets; execute Compay policies ad stadards
• Iteract with others i a acceptig ad respectful maer; remai positive ad respectful, eve i difficult situatios; promote commitmet to the orgaizatio's visio ad values; project a positive image ad serve as a role model for other Team Members
