Job Description
• Support the integration of reporting into financial structures, maintaining knowledge of regulatory developments and best practices.
• Ensure compliance and coordination across departments and locations.
• Collaborate with Sustainability and cross-functional teams to gather accurate data, develop reporting plans, identify gaps, and communicate with senior leadership.
• Design and monitor internal controls for data collection and reporting.
• Perform other assigned duties.
Required Skills and Education
• 2-3 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Background in accounting, finance, compliance, or regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Automotive industry experience preferred; advanced PC skills (Excel, Access, Word) required.
• Proactive self-starter with end-to-end project skills.
