Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead an offshore team to achieve common objectives.
• Guide the team and interface with customers.
• Develop applications using AWS, Java, Python, Spring Boot, and JavaScript technologies.
• Implement application development projects in production.
• Develop automated tools using Python.
• Maintain strong communication and analytical skills.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in the Property Insurance domain is a plus.
