Piper Companies is seeking a Cloud Business Analyst for a growing organization located in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. The Cloud Business Analyst is a remote position working EST hours. A successful candidate for the Cloud Business Analyst role will possess a versatile technology background with extensive experience in enterprise IT operations and IL5 compliance.
Responsibilities for the Cloud Business Analyst include:
• Serve as the primary analyst for all IT business-related solutions.
• Own solutions related to enterprise IT operations, data analysis, and process improvement.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders within the business, IT, and Engineering to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with IL5 standards and regulations.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve IT operations and business processes.
Requirements for the Cloud Business Analyst include:
• US Citizenship REQUIRED
• Over 4 years of professional experience in IT business analysis and enterprise IT operations.
• Strong background in data analysis, process improvement, and IT operations.
• Experience with IL5 compliance and standards.
• Experience supporting on prem and cloud projects
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant work experience.
Compensation of the Cloud Business Analyst:
• $105,000 - $114,000 annually
• Full Comprehensive benefits package
