Our client is an AI-driven company and they are hiring a Machine Learning Scientist to work full-time from their offices in New York. The successful candidate will design and build advanced machine learning systems to enable fully automated, closed-loop decision-making for large enterprises.
Responsibilities
• As the Machine Learning Scientist, you will design, train, deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
• Leverage transformer models, deep learning frameworks and reinforcement learning techniques.
• Balance rapid experimentation with the development of long-term, scalable solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust, scalable AI systems.
• Drive innovation and contribute to the broader scientific community through research publications and open-source projects.
Skillset
• Strong experience in training, deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
• Advanced expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow and Ray.
• Expertise in developing and optimizing large-scale, high-performance machine learning systems.
• Strong passion for AI, clean coding practices, and building scalable ML solutions.
• Familiarity with active learning, reinforcement learning, causal inference, or online learning techniques is desirable.
• Expertise in experimental design and Bayesian uncertainty estimation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
