Location: Nova Scotia, Canada (Remote)

Are you an AI/ML Developer with expertise in Python, SQL, and a passion for revolutionizing the healthcare industry with cutting-edge technology? Join our dynamic team to design, develop, and validate AI/ML solutions that make an impact in US Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research, design, and implement machine learning models
• Work closely with AI product managers and business stakeholders to define AI-driven product solutions
• Design and optimize data transformation platforms for machine learning models
• Identify opportunities for transfer learning and dataset improvement
• Develop AI models from scratch, explaining results to non-technical stakeholders
• Apply machine learning algorithms (Classification & Clustering) to solve real-world problems
• Conduct data visualization and exploration to ensure model accuracy and performance
• Supervise and ensure data quality through cleaning and validation
• Build, train, and deploy models in a production environment
• Create APIs and integrate AI models into operational systems

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in programming for enterprise-level products
• Proficiency in Python, with a strong foundation in statistical platforms such as R, SAS, or MatLab
• 3+ years of project experience in Deep Learning and Machine Learning
• Proven ability to build AI models using Classification & Clustering algorithms
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL, including working with large datasets
• Experience in deploying large-scale solutions in an enterprise environment
• Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes such as Claims Filing and Adjudication is a plus
