VOGT Valves Inc. is looking for a highly organized and effective communicator to join our team as a Project Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for documenting project requirements, updating project status at each milestone, and ensuring that customer requirements and deadlines are met. You will play a pivotal role in communicating with various internal departments and providing regular status updates to our customers.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Document specific requirements for all ongoing projects.
• Update project status at each milestone.
• Communicate with various internal departments to ensure customer requirements and deadlines are met.
• Regularly update customers with status reports and project submittals.
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• GED
• Valve experience not required, but preferred
• Highly organized
• Effective communicator
· Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
