Minimum Spiritual And Personal Commitment

• Establish and maintain a team of prayer partners (minimum 3-5 partners) who commit to praying for you as you respond and commit to your season of ministry at Wycliffe.
• Actively participate in corporate prayer and devotional times such as weekly team devotionals, Entermission, Scripture Celebrations, Spiritual Retreats and World Day of Prayer.
• Maintain an exemplary standard of Christian ethics, behavior and conduct within Wycliffe and in your public and private life outside of Wycliffe, and agree to abide by Wycliffe’s ethics, behavior and conduct standards at all times.
• Demonstrate Christian maturity in all interactions as displayed by good judgment based on biblical values and principles.

Job Responsibilities
• Faithfully and regularly pray for the ongoing work of Bible translation and for unreached people groups around the world.
• Act as an organizational representative presenting the global ministry of Wycliffe and encouraging interested individuals, organizations and churches to participate in the work of Bible translation.
• Collaborate with Field Coordinators, Area Directors and partners on assigned Bible translation projects in planning stages to develop project proposals, memorandums, budgets, account choices, and reporting guidelines.
• Assist Field Coordinators with methodology for coding expenses using chart of accounts to maintain reporting standards. Add new translation projects to the database system for continual posting and tracking.
• Monitor project expenditures against budgets, review related documentation for completeness and accuracy, and investigate major variances. Request additional documentation from Field to consistently maintain compliance with project reporting guidelines. Report findings to Field Coordinator and translation project partners.
• Monitor project cash flow and budgeted requirements. Schedule transfers with Field Coordinators, and request transfer of funds for Wycliffe funded
