Job Title: Product Owner

Position Summary:
The Product Owner will lead an agile team to develop new ad products and enhance existing ones within a retail media network. Responsible for defining product vision, managing the roadmap, and driving ad product performance to increase ad spend and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy: Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to prioritize requirements.
• Agile Leadership: Lead an Agile team in iterative product delivery.
• Release Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely product releases.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main contact for product updates and performance metrics.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to guide product decisions.
• Performance Analysis: Track KPIs to measure success and drive improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other teams for product development.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years as a digital product owner or manager in eCommerce or related industries.
• 2+ years in retail media networks preferred.
• Strong Agile experience, excellent communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiar with tools like Jira, DV360, and other advertising tech.
