We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Account Coordination and
Customer Service Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer
accounts while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of client accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to
understand their needs and preferences.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, always ensuring a positive
customer experience.
• Work closely with internal teams, such as sales and finance to ensure timely delivery
and resolution of customer issues.
• Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers experiencing
issues. Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex problems and provide
solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account activities
in the CRM system.
Requirements Qualifications / Education:
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers.
• Has a strong phone presence and possess customer-centric approach.
• Time management.
• Strong listening skills.
• High school or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service is a requirement.
• Previous experience in account management is preferred.
