Compensation and Benefits
The Senior Software Engineer earns between \(130,700.00 - \)196,100.00 USD annually, with individual starting salaries based on geography, experience, expertise, and education.

Skills
• 5+ years of experience with Java, RESTful APIs, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Kafka, Microservices, Struts 2, and related testing tools/methodologies
• 2+ years of experience building APIs with Mulesoft
• Advanced Git skills and experience with branching strategies
• Knowledge of relational databases including SQL, Oracle, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with data manipulation, migration, and scrubbing
• 2+ years of experience with API documentation tools, preferably Swagger
• Experience in unit and functional testing using Junit, Spock, Mockito/JMock, Selenium, and Cucumber
• Ability to work with Agile/Scrum/Kanban development teams and tools such as JIRA
• Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative environments
Responsibilities
• Knowledgeable in the end-to-end delivery process for software applications/services
• Provide guidance to gather and review software requirements/user stories
• Execute a specific development methodology through application of multiple programming languages and databases
• Create and execute automated test plans/strategies
• Responsible for code quality, development velocity, and improvement of quality
• Work with product managers and developers to estimate story points
• Assign features and stories to releases
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience
• Developer nanodegree is also acceptable
