Rising Star Hydraulics is looking for a ** Production Supervisor ** for our Rogers, TX Facilityto directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers. We are looking for a positive and outgoing leader.
Production Supervisor :
• HOURS ARE: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday with Overtime as needed.
• Supervises production staff.
• Monitors work priorities, absenteeism and tardiness.
• Trains and communicates with employees.
• Promotes company policies, philosophy and team effort.
• Helps with machine and process problems and rework.
• Evaluate current systems and procedures to continuously improve.
• Evaluate merit reviews for department employees.
• Work with employees to set and achieve departmental goals.
• Communicate with other supervisors and managers as need dictates.
• Assure conformance with company quality standards.
• Learn all work areas to be able to train and assist as needed.
• Enforce company safety policies procedures and practices.
• Maintain on time delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
Will train interested applicants.
