Description:
Must Have’s:
1. Has experience driving requirement gatherings in Agile projects and in a Sprint format. He/she knows how to create functional Salesforce requirements and build towards milestones that need to be met during a Sprint.
a. Example: user story meets client’s acceptance criteria (Definition of Ready), user story is ready to be tested, etc.
b. Can independently review documentation such as process flows and identify how to best position requirement gathering sessions around a specific Salesforce Service Cloud subject.
2. Is very well-versed in drafting User Stories including: As a… I want to… So that…, Acceptance Criteria, etc.
a. Resource must be detailed oriented and grammatically proficient to support this requirement.
3. Able to perform independently with very little guidance from the Manager. He/she has experience setting up meetings with clients for the purpose of solutioning/understanding requirements that can be supported via Salesforce Service Cloud functionality.
4. Has experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud. This resource knows Service Cloud out of the box functionality and knows best practices/how to implement them using declarative configuration.
5. Is comfortable demoing working functionality to small and large audiences.
6. Has experience working alongside Technical Salesforce teams and how to best develop for requirements based on Salesforce functionality.
7. 3-years minimum experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst capacity.
Nice-to-Have’s:
1. Salesforce Service Cloud certified.
2. Salesforce Administrator certified.
3. ServiceNow experience is a big plus.

· Reviewing process flow documentation to extract requirements
· Document requirements in user stories (knowledge of ServiceNow is a big plus)
· Provide design input for user story requirements, including evaluating between multiple design approaches
· Provide design support for testing resources when drafting sprint test cases
· Identify steel threads use cases for early user engagement sessions
· Demo user stories to Product Owner(s) for sign off
