Position: Sr. Python Engineer -- AI data and RLHF annotation
Job Type: Contract to Hire, ideally go perm, 10/09/2024 to 09/30/2025
Description: We are seeking a Python Engineer with expertise in data manipulation and data science to join our AI engineering and research team to bring advanced AI capabilities to market through 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high quality code for data pipelines / workflows for training large language models.
- Perform complex data manipulations using Python, focusing on text data.
- Collaborate with a high-caliber AI team to bring advanced AI capabilities to market.
- Ensure data quality and validation.
Must Haves:
- Experience in Python and data manipulation libraries (e.g. Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong Python programming skills and ideally some ML or data science background
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Plusses:
- Cloud and devops experience
- Familiarity with prompt-engineering/tuning and experience using large language models.
Compensation: $80.00-130.00/HR
