We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales to oversee our services sales team, selling GTM and SDR services. This role is critical in managing frontline sales operations, providing tactical leadership, and being responsible for accurate forecasting.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the GTM and SDR space, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to scale teams effectively. The ideal candidate will focus on critical tactical elements that directly impact daily operations and immediate results.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Pipeline Management
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure continuous movement of leads through the sales funnel.
• Prioritize high-value opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
Sales Team Support and Coaching
• Provide real-time assistance and coaching to sales reps to overcome immediate challenges.
• Shadow sales calls and meetings, offering constructive feedback to enhance performance.
CRM and Data Management
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry in the CRM system.
• Leverage CRM insights to inform tactical decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Implementing Sales Processes
• Develop and enforce standardized sales processes and best practices.
• Train the team on new procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring
• Track daily and weekly KPIs such as calls made, meetings scheduled, and conversion rates.
• Identify areas of underperformance and implement immediate corrective actions.
Client Interaction and Feedback
• Engage regularly with key clients to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
• Address client concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Contract and Proposal Management
• Oversee the preparation and management of proposals and contracts.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordination with Marketing
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales outreach with current campaigns.
• Utilize marketing content and collateral effectively in the sales process.
Training and Development
• Identify skill gaps within the team and provide targeted training sessions.
• Promote continuous learning through regular knowledge-sharing activities.
Sales Meetings and Communication
• Conduct daily huddles to align the team on goals and priorities.
• Maintain clear and open communication to address challenges and share insights.
Experience
• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the SDR or lead generation industry.
• Proven track record of scaling sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
