Position: Operations Representative
Location: Financial District, NYC

Qualifications:
· Recent college graduate preferred, but not required
· 0-4 years of office-related work experience
· Brokerage or banking experience is a plus but not necessary
Key Skills:
· Superior communication and organizational abilities
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Self-motivated, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Exceptional data entry skills
· Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Provide operational client service support to a team of financial professionals
· Process client requests such as wires, checks, and journals
· Handle administrative tasks and special projects
· Manage telephone coverage, prioritize urgent calls, and respond with professionalism and good judgment
· Maintain accurate books and records
· Provide backup support to other team members as needed
