OverviewGCG Automation & Factory Solutions Supplier Relations team is currently seeking a dynamic, results-drivenVendor Strategy Specialist to manage our vendor rebate programs, including but not limited to Siemens Market Builder Program.As our Vendor Strategy Specialist, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our vendor partnerships, particularly with industry leaders like Siemens. This position offers exposure to strategic planning while maintaining hands-on involvement in program execution. You'll have the opportunity to:Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across major vendor organizationsDevelop expertise in complex partner programs and incentive structuresDrive innovation in how we approach vendor collaboration and program optimizationThis position offers a hybrid work schedule upon completion of training however candidates must be within a reasonable drive of our office in Miamisburg, OH.What you’ll doVendor Management and Strategic PlanningDevelop and execute strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth through our partnerships with key vendors, including SiemensAlign on annual Go-To-Market plans and identify new opportunitiesParticipate in annual and quarterly business planning activities with our vendorsRelationship ManagementServe as the primary liaison between our company and key vendors, fostering a strong, collaborative partnershipCoordinate customer and employee trainings and eventsManage and follow up on leads using Salesforce and partner collaboration sitesProgram Performance and AnalyticsOversee and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Market Builder Program, including sales revenue targets, certification progress, and exclusivity statusPrepare and deliver comprehensive monthly program reports to leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementMonitor and ensure compliance with tiered pricing policiesIncentive and Rebate ManagementManage co-op funding, including balance oversight, reimbursement processes, and identifying expansion opportunitiesMonitor and report on quarterly stock rotation opportunitiesOptimize participation in marketing programs to secure maximum payoutsWhat you’ll bringBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field5+ years of experience in vendor management, channel partnerships, or similar roles in the technology or industrial sectorsProven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnershipsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex program metrics and translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systemsAdvanced Excel skills for data analysis and visualizationExperience with rebate program management and optimization (preferred)What we offerCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer contributionPTO and paid holidaysHybrid work arrangement with flexibilityProfessional development opportunities and support for industry certificationsCollaborative work environment with a focus on innovation and growthAbout GCGAt GCG, our mission is to power, connect, and automate our world.
