Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Support Specialist: Generative AI to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless user experience for our cutting-edge AI products. You will be responsible for analyzing user feedback, identifying trends, and working closely with engineering teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:
• Data Analysis and Insights:
• Analyze user feedback from various channels (product, Reddit, social media)
• Sift through data (spreadsheets, dashboards) to identify trends and patterns
• Build hypotheses, identify user challenges, and report bugs to engineering
• Replicate user issues to assist in debugging (non-code-level)
• Create insightful presentations and visualizations to communicate findings
• User Support:
• Provide excellent customer support, addressing user inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products and their features

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Empathy for users and a passion for understanding consumer technology
• Familiarity with generative AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A service-oriented mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile

Required Skills and Tools:
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (preferred)
• A strong understanding of consumer technology trends
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
