Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Order Processing Representative (Fulfillment Associate, Document Management). The successful candidate will play a key role in providing superior service by processing and managing customer document requests, ensuring compliance and accuracy, and communicating progress to both customers and internal teams.
Skill / Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service or related work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize demands from multiple sources, both external and internal.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Job Responsibilities
• Process state or customer documents following Standard Operating Procedures using proprietary and Microsoft suite applications.
• Ensure security guidelines are followed while managing customer requests.
• Create process documentation and assist in training customers and team members on products and jurisdictional requirements.
• Assist with issue resolution by working with internal and external customers and vendors.
• Support team members with the implementation of new processes and policies.
• Analyze data, identify process improvements, and participate in reporting.
• Assist in special project work as assigned, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and organizational success.
