Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Data Analyst - Finance, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
• Perform reporting, monitoring, and analytics in relation to business management activities
• Work with the stakeholders to redesign processes by identifying opportunities for the process to be enhanced
• Communicate to senior stakeholders on progress, issues, and results
• Summarize, create presentations, and present key findings, performance, and recommendations to Business Leads
Requirements:
• Ability to analyze and manipulate large quantities of data with great attention to detail, including ability to interpret data to identify trends
• Excellent time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Excel macros, VBA programming, complex formulas and functions, database design)
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Strong communication (written and oral)
• Self-motivated, self-directed
• Proficient with Microsoft tools (PowerPoint)
• Proficient with analytics/automation tools like Tableau, Alteryx and SQL
• 3+ years of financial and/or data analytics, financial analysis or automation experience with a financial institution
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field - or related work experience
• Solid understanding of Treasury / liquidity concepts and liquidity regulations
• Experience at Bank of America (knowledge of the enterprise)
• Ability to navigate complex data environments and manipulate large data sets
