Role Overview: Pioneer Coach is seeking experienced motor coach operators to join our team. As an Entertainer Coach Operator, you will be responsible for driving our custom-designed coaches for artists on concert tours across the United States and Canada. This role requires comfort with night driving and a strong focus on customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safe operation of the motorcoach.
• Guarantee the safety of all passengers.
• Assist guests as they embark and disembark the motorcoach.
• Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to meet client needs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the motor coach, conducting regular inspections and promptly reporting any issues.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement
• Minimum 2 years of experience in passenger coaches within the previous 5 years (school and city bus experience acceptable)
• No felony, DWI/DUI, or controlled substance arrests or convictions
• Must pass a DOT physical, pre-employment criminal background screening, pre-employment drug screen, and MVR check

Preferred:
• Proficiency with GPS and electronic Hours of Service tracking technology
• Familiarity with basic email, Google Drive, Docs, MasterTour, and ELD software (e.g., Samsara)
• Ability to manage email communication, especially for tour coordination and dispatches
• Competence in navigating Google Drive for punch logs and accessing driver resources
• Passport/Canada

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $420.00 - $570.00 per day
