What The Position is About:
• Oversee a team of 5+ sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster
• Coach, mentor and motivate the sales team
• Run solo leads
• Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
• Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
• Develop and implement sales strategies & process to increase market share and customer base
• Monitor & improve the team’s sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
The Right Candidate Will Have:
• In-home sales leadership experience is required
• Home improvement industry experience is preferred but not required
• Tech savvy
