JOB DESCRIPTIONJob TitleSQL Data AnalystDepartment/DivisionSales/BidReports ToManager of Sales AnalyticsHours Required40+ hours a weekFLSA StatusExemptJobsite: Onsite - Headquarters - Valencia(Remote/Hybrid Unavailable)PurposeTo support, develop, and maintain the overall design of the SQL infrastructure and provide continuous integration solutions for database management.Principal AccountabilitiesWrite complex SQL scripts, queries, functions, and stored procedures.Develop complex reports using SQL and other applications.Implement best practices in database management to ensure the integrity of the data and quality of data processes are analyzable.Gather and understand business and technical requirements for new projects.Maintain, develop, and organize data dictionary within the database.Set milestones and goals within assigned database projects.Work with the various team to develop and enhance the applications.Investigate and resolve database related issues and provide technical support as needed.Mentor, coach, train and develop supporting team members, ensuring that standards and goals are being met.Nature and ScopeThe nature of this role is to be highly skilled in servicing both external and internal stakeholders, while teaching others to do the same. This requires strong SQL programming experience, strong knowledge of Database Management Systems, analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and a strategic mind-set. Attention to detail is a key element to this role in order to review work and catch errors.The individual will spend much of their time in an office environment using standard office equipment, but travel (both national and international) will be required.
