For the past two years, Our focus has been implementing Observability using Elasticsearch technology. Right now we have more than 10 projects running and we have served over 25 clients in the past two years.
Business Development Executive
Our customers have been very clear about asking more in Elasticsearch. We want to spin off a company completely funded by Consultadd but with new leadership, with a singular goal. We want to be the top partner for Elastic. We will be building our business around exclusively focusing our marketing, sales, and engineering efforts to build the top professional services company.
Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Management: Draw upon your experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Manager in the Elastic ecosystem or a similar domain to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Lead the sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, while continuously seeking opportunities for expansion and upselling.
• Customer Workflow Expertise: Leverage your familiarity with Elastic's workflows for customers to provide consultative support. Understand their pain points, objectives, and desired outcomes, tailoring Elastic solutions to meet their unique needs.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and partners. Showcase your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively convey the value of Elastic's offerings.
• Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies. Translate these insights into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth and maintain Elastic's competitive edge.
• Solution Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers. Highlight the tangible benefits of Elastic's solutions and address any technical queries or concerns.
• Collaborative Approach: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, technical, and product teams. Work together to drive customer success, optimize sales processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record as a Business Development Executive or Sales Representative.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree
Benefits:
• Hybrid work model of 2 days per week in office. Based out of Chicago or NYC.
• Salary ranges from 65-80k OTE
