As a B2B Account Manager you will beresponsible for acquiring new business clients and managing theiraccounts throughout the entire lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting : Utilize various methods such as cold calling doortodoor visitsdigital marketing cold emailing SMS campaigns and participation inlocal business groups to generate leads.
Consultative Selling : Understand potential clients needs and offercustomized payment solutions that best fit their businessrequirements.
Negotiation and Closing : Effectively negotiate terms and close deals with prospectiveclients.
Account Management : Serve as theprimary point of contact for clients ensuring high levels ofcustomer satisfaction and retention.
Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationshipswith clients to foster longterm partnerships.
Revenue Growth : Continuously seek opportunities to upselladditional services to existing clients and maximize accountprofitability.
Reporting : Provide regularreports on sales activities pipeline status and accountperformance.
Qualifications :
Proven track record inB2B sales ideally within the merchant services or financialservices industry.
Strong negotiation andclosing skills with a focus on consultative selling.
Selfmotivated and driven to exceed salestargets.
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
Ability to manage timeeffectively and work independently.
Experiencewith CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
