We are looking to hire Business Development Specialists for a Healthtech Platform based out of San Francisco Bay Area.
About the Role:
Business Development professionals will play an instrumental role on our go-to-market organization. We believe that a successful sales process relies on both teamwork and individual excellence.
As we continue to expand across hospitals and health systems, pharmacies, payers, providers, manufacturers, and more, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team and drive outbound sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales activities to generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Utilize cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other strategies to identify and engage potential customers.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to further nurture and close deals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Research and gather market intelligence to identify key decision-makers, industry trends, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate closely across organisation to align sales efforts with lead generation campaigns and overall company objectives.
• Effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects and address their specific pain points.
• Continuously learn about our integrations, features and products as well as industry advancements and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
• Take extreme ownership of your customer’s first impression and journey with the organisation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven results in outbound sales, preferably within healthcare or enterprise technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and build strong relationships.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts and technical features in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation and a results-driven mindset to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Passion for technology and a genuine passion for solving healthcare's toughest challenges.
