The District is located in Western Pennsylvania in Mercer County and has an enrollment of approximately 700 students with an operating budget of nearly $30 million. The School Business Administrator is responsible for administering all aspects of the school district’s fiscal activities and the overall functioning of non-educational operations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, CPA and MBA strongly preferred Five years supervisory experience in a public school district or auditing firm, preferred Accounting of federal programs Knowledgeable in budgeting and budget forecasting Auditing Tax billing/collections Financial planning Federal and State legislation/regulations Accounting and reporting Possess the ability to multitask and problem solve Strong analytical skills Able to work in a team environment Excellent organization skills, and effectively supervise Excellent benefit.
