Position Title: Software Developer

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Developer with at least 2 years of experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and a desire to elevate their skills and career.
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Design & Analysis: Analyze complex tasks and projects to provide effective solutions, including necessary design documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members, QA, and product owners in an Agile scrum environment to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality, efficient solutions.
• Task Estimation: Provide accurate and timely estimates for development tasks to ensure projects stay on track.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality across the team’s work.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Offer support for production issue resolution, including root cause analysis and the development of corrective action plans.
• Organization & Attention to Detail: Demonstrate solid organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in continuous improvement by proactively seeking opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and personal technical skills.
• Independence & Teamwork: Be self-motivated, capable of working independently, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Innovation: Develop innovative approaches to problem-solving and project delivery.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is desired. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to document, design, develop, build, release, and test software applications.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience with C# and SQL.
• Experience with REST API development.
• Experience with Cloud technologies (preferably Azure).
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (preferably Angular).
