Job Duties:
Design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. As a member of the software engineering division, apply knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and/or suggest improvements to the architecture. May telecommute. (385.31512)
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related technical field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation. Position requires:
• Java, JUnit, Javascript, Spring framework, Maven and Groovy scripts
• AWS/OCI cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes and Docker.
• Jenkins and Spinnaker usage for deploying the software to cloud (AWS/OCI cloud provider)
• Github and AccuRev for version control
• Unit Testing and Integration Testing (using JMeter, Postman, SoapUI)
• NewRelic and Splunk tools to troubleshoot and monitor the software
• Software defect management: Jira Align and Jira
