Job Description

SDR’s (Sales Development Representatives), or appointment setters, create the client’s first impression of the company. Prospecting is done entirely by the marketing department, however the SDR/Appt. Setter is responsible for qualifying, following-up with, and collecting a deposit for the visit. You will be provided a list of warm leads, booked appointments, and inbound leads for this B2C appointment setting position.

Our salespeople are not expected to maintain relationships with new clients once closed; their focus is entirely on getting patients through the door. In that vein, sales people are expected to, for lack of a better word, hustle. We expect our salespeople to work as long and as hard as it takes to meet their targets.

Responsibilities
• Taking Introductory calls to qualify leads and assess their interest and needs Respond to new leads and get them on a call
• Schedule appointments based on availability and client preference
• Collect deposits upon scheduling appointments
• Maintain accurate records of interactions daily and appointments scheduled using our tracker
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless handover of leads and appointments
• Be responsive to any communication from the team and clients
• Miscellaneous tasks relating to client sales, as needed

Qualifications
• MUST BE US-BASED!
• With proven track record of success in B2C Appointment setting, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience or in a similar role
• Strategic thinker with an excellent negotiation skills with a result-driven mindset
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a MUST!
• Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
• Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
• Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
• Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
• Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required
• Proactive -- you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you. Required Experience
