SaaS Program Manager- Customer Success Services

Responsible for the identification of relevant new business opportunities and designs "go-to-market" plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues. Pursues sales opportunities in the market, and carries the baton in the beginning of the sales cycle.

Key Elements of Job:
• Cross Line of Business
• Define/drive SaaS services messaging to cross line of business(xLoB) sales/engineering teams
• Drive awareness of CSS service offerings with Oracle xLoB sales/engineering organizations
• Educate cross line of business tech/sales teams on CSS SaaS service offering
• Work cross line of business to position CSS SaaS services with customers
• Act as liason within CSS for xLoB sales forces
• Working with internal CSS Sales teams:
• Define SaaS services messaging for CSS sales teams
• Create SaaS related services content and messaging
• Educate sales team regarding CSS SaaS services
• Identify, position, and advance SaaS services sale into relevant opportunities
• Act as subject matter expert for CSS SaaS services in executive customer conversations
• Responsible for executive level reporting of CSS SaaS services leads/opportunities and overall business for internal Oracle audiences
• Overall management of CSS SaaS services leads for CSS NA
