Job Overview & Responsibilities
Mythics is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Principal Consultant who will be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud products and solutions and working as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will develop and deliver project plans, gather requirements and design solutions to complex challenges and provide oversight to the project delivery teams.
What you will be doing :
• Successfully lead full cycle Oracle EPM Cloud Solutions, from Design to Go-Live, including building the application from end to end (calculations, forms, reports etc)
• Act as both a functional and technical expert as part of a team and/or independently with no supervision
• Communicate proactively with the client with documentation to guide discussions, to clarify requirements and provide training and support
• Identify and research opportunities with existing clients for follow-on work with current engagements
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, to include updating project plan with completed tasks
• Contribute to the development of own and team’s technical acumen
• Deliver training to client users and administrators
• Lead EPM assessment engagements reviewing current EPM solutions for prospective clients to identify gaps & opportunities to improve
• Accountable for project profitability, risk management and client satisfaction
• Prepare responses to proposals and lead statement of work development
Qualifications
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
• “Full Service Consultant” – Has the technical expertise (hands-on keys) with the functional know-how.
• 12+ Years of Budgeting & Forecasting project experience with a strong focus on Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS / EPBCS) and/or Oracle Hyperion Planning implementations
• More than one full lifecycle implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud as a Project Lead / Solution Architect
• Implementation experience in the public sector is a plus
• Oracle EPM Certifications are a plus
