We're seeking a brilliant and ambitious Senior Manager, Artificial Intelligence to lead a team of NLP and Generative AI Data Scientists in developing cutting-edge solutions that will reshape our organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Charge: Command a team of brilliant NLP and Generative AI Data Scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to unlock their full potential.
• Shape the Future: Craft and execute a groundbreaking strategy for developing and deploying Generative AI and RAG solutions across the organization.
• Collaborate with the Best: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to seamlessly integrate AI initiatives with our ambitious business goals.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Dive deep into the latest AI technologies, algorithms, and techniques, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation.
• Build the Next Generation: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of AI models, pipelines, and infrastructure, guaranteeing scalability, robustness, and adherence to best practices.
• Measure What Matters: Define and implement rigorous evaluation metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of AI solutions, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
• Foster a Culture of Innovation: Cultivate a culture of excellence within the team, encouraging experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
• Identify Opportunities: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize AI opportunities that align with our strategic vision.
• Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and thought leaders to stay informed of emerging trends and best practices.
• Contribute to the Big Picture: Contribute to the development and execution of our overall AI strategy, ensuring alignment with our long-term business objectives.
Critical Qualifications
• Academic Prowess: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence, with a proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams of Data Scientists.
• NLP Mastery: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including but not limited to text classification, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and language generation.
• Generative AI Expertise: Experience with Generative AI models, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), and Variational Autoencoders (VAEs).
• Cloud Savvy: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for building and deploying AI solutions at scale.
• Communication Powerhouse: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving Champion: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
• Industry-Standard Expertise: Experience with industry-standard AI/ML tools and technologies, including but not limited to Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kubernetes.
• Data Engineering Prowess: Familiarity with data engineering principles and best practices for managing and processing large datasets.
• Team Leadership: Proven ability to effectively manage and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• RAG Wizardry: Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for real-world applications.
• Telecom Advantage: Experience with AI applications in the telecommunications industry, particularly in call center operations, would be a significant advantage.
