Job Title: Senior Actuarial Analyst

Job Summary: As a Senior Actuarial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and managing risk through advanced statistical analysis and financial modeling. You will provide critical insights that support strategic decision-making and contribute to the overall success of our actuarial team.

Responsibilities
• Conduct complex actuarial analyses to evaluate risk and financial impacts.
• Develop and maintain predictive models for various insurance products.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data and model assumptions.
• Mentor and train junior actuarial staff to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in actuarial analysis or related roles.
• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) preferred.
• Proficiency in actuarial software and statistical tools (e.g., Excel, R, SAS).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement.
