iSpace, Inc.

Title: Healthcare Product Manager

Location: Denver, CO is highly preferred (Hybrid 1-2 days/week onsite and the rest will be remote) or 100% remote if not local to Denver

Contract Duration: September 2024 - April 15, 2025 with strong possibility of an extension

Working Hours - Need to be able to work either Mountain Time Hours or Central Time Hours

This Product Manager will lead efforts for client effective solutions and deliver those solutions for the business and care teams. The ideal candidate is someone who has product experience and has worked in value-based care and Medicare risk adjustment along with exuding a strong work ethic to independently lead/define a product roadmap/strategy. Duties will include the following:
• Define product backlog, requirements, and user stories for their team and prioritize against outcome-oriented goals to execute on the product strategy.
• Conduct research and analyses to Client and validate user and business value.
• Partner with other Product Managers to ensure that the product vision and critical roadmap milestones are met.
• Work with a cross-functional teams to ensure fulfillment of product requirements and evaluates product performance.
• Prepare for and participate in PI ceremonies as part of our SAFe processes.
• Fulfill a leadership role in the Scrum Team by providing clarification on user stories, objectives, and priorities while also motivating the team to GSD (Get Stuff Done).
• Collaborate with key partners to understand short-term and long-term business objectives to inform the product roadmap.
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, our patients, our, business, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.

Required Skills and Expertise:
• A Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years of product management (not project management or business analysis must be product management) experience focused on digital products .
• Skilled on supporting product development as well as supporting the outcomes of product development
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity with little guidance.
• Strong sense of curiosity.
• Research experience
• Must be a data-driven Product Manager
• Experience determining ROI/value, and passion for healthcare
• Healthcare digital product expertise is highly preferred.
• Experience with provider (MD, NP, and/or PA) workflows and scheduling, inclusive of in telehealth environment
• Familiarity with CMS Risk Adjustment
• Experience in value-based care or population health
• Experience focusing on Back-end/tech development and Front-end user workflow design/tools from a Product Management perspective in the health care provider and risk adjustment space
• Knowledge/understanding with Nurse Practitioner/MD/Physician Assistant workflows or HCCs (like CMS risk adjustment)
• User facing tech experience that has involved partnering closely with UI/UX design teams (ex. Creating a digital health app that a nurse practitioner would use to monitor their patients).
• Proven ability to evolve product strategy based on research and data.
• Proven ability to embrace change and thrive in an organization that moves and changes quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to easily build expertise in unfamiliar domains.
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate with technical, clinical, and business partners to accomplish goals.
• Self-starter with high degree of initiative and follow through
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills and Expertise:
• Experience in value-based care or population health.
• Experience in a detail oriented and highly analytical role.
• Familiarity or experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Cerner, Epic, etc.
• Cerner is a huge plus
• Experience in building a product from the ground up.
