What’s unique about this role?

The Go-to-Market Director will lead high-impact cross functional go-to-market initiatives designed to support overarching sales strategy and company growth goals.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional programs focused on driving growth by setting competitive positioning and go-to-market strategy for core audiences aligned to specific lines of business. You will develop messaging for the solutions and new product launches in your portfolio, build playbooks and collateral for sales, drive voice of customer in the product / solution development and refine how we educate and engage customers and prospects across the entirety of the buying journey.

We are looking for a seasoned marketing leader who can balance deep strategic work with crafting crisp messaging, all while moving fast to get results. You will serve as a thought partner and influencer to leaders and stakeholders across the company, shaping the vision and creating alignment around how we market and sell to our clients.

What will this person do?
• Partner with product and services teams to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and define market opportunities related to the products and services in your portfolio.
• Work with the business and product teams to define and execute an effective go-to-market strategy that aligns with business objectives, ensuring market expansion and revenue growth for your portfolio.
• Develop compelling positioning and messaging, collateral, assets, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences for the offerings in your portfolio.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotional activities, to generate leads for your portfolio.
• Develop sales enablement tools and resources, including sales training materials, presentations, and competitive analysis, to empower the sales team and enhance their ability to convert leads into customer for the solutions in your portfolio.

• A collaborative practitioner who can quickly build trust and mutual respect across stakeholder teams
• Strong results orientation combined with excellent judgment and problem solving skills; track record of go-to-market success.
• Ability to think strategically as well as roll up your sleeves to manage execution.
• Exceptional communication skills, whether crafting customer-facing copy or influencing internal stakeholders.
• 10-15 years experience in strategic marketing, preferably in technology with a global customer base.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
• Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
• Duties may require occasionally working outside normal business hours (evenings and weekends).

As required by applicable pay transparency laws, Lighthouse complies with compensation disclosure requirements for roles that may be hired in locations under these requirements. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.

The expected pay for this role will range from $99,050 to $141,500 per year. This role will be eligible to participate in an annual bonus or incentive program.
