As a Customer Success Manager, You Will
Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers to drive product adoption and retention.
Provide Expertise: Share your technical knowledge of our product, deployment models, and governance structures to guide customers in best practices.
Educate and Empower: Help teams across People, Marketing, Sales, Customer, and Finance Operations understand the value of automating their processes.
Increase Product Usage: Develop and implement strategies to boost product usage and identify cross-sell opportunities within customer groups.
Handle Escalations: Serve as the primary point of contact for any customer issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
Advise and Advocate: Become a trusted advisor for customers and advocate for their needs within our organization.
Analyze and Inform: Provide both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decision-making and contribute to the product roadmap.
What We're Looking For
Education: BS or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3+ years in consulting, customer success management, or technical account management. Experience in SaaS/iPaaS, integration, or business automation is a plus.
Business Understanding: Familiarity with large, complex businesses and an understanding of key roles in HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Organizations.
Customer-Centric: A strong sense of empathy for customers, with a proven track record of high retention and growth.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
