Competitive Base ($150,000 - $225,000) + Performance Bonus + Equity
This Series C company allows patients to choose and keep one doctor you love and have built a relationship who you can go to for everything, whether that be related to your mental health, sexual health, allergies, diabetes or if you're just feeling under the weather.
They are now looking to onboard a Senior Client Success Leader who will have the freedom and trust to build the Client Success vertical, creating the playbook and executing it, as well as building a team around them.
Responsibilities:
• Driving growth and profitability, focusing on renewals and growth within the accounts.
• Being informed from the data and driving data integrity.
• Business KPI reporting.
• Work closely with the CCO and Chief Marketing Officer.
Requirements:
• Experience managing payer, provider and employer clients.
• 0-1, start-up experience.
• Willingness to travel to meet client and company needs.
• Management/executive experience.
