Job Overview:

New Frontier Global Corp, a leading Canadian hair supplier specializing in men's hairpieces, women's wigs, hair extensions, and accessories, is seeking a dedicated B2C Sales Representative to contribute to our growth and success. With a strong presence in both Canada and the US, we are committed to providing top-quality products to our diverse clientele worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, including follow-ups and post-sale support.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance in the CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in B2C sales (at least 1 year) or a similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and understand customer needs.
• Sales Techniques: Familiarity with various sales techniques and best practices.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm

Pay rate: CAD$15 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
