Send WPForms entries to external API/email as an xml in a predefined form

Hi,

I need help connecting/sending data from one source to another (internal to endpoint/external)

I have two quotes on a website and I need to send entries from each quote to an external software

Website is build on Wordpress, quotes are build with WP Forms, external software is Moveware

Field/quote data entries should be send as an xml in a predefined format (documentation from moveware provided)

xml can be send in an email or as an attachement)

The point is to connect WP Forms data to moveware software - so the data from quotes is imported automatically to moveware by the time user hits the submit button

(of course, user should not see the xml thing)
