About the Company
We’re supporting several fast-growing VC-backed startups, backed by leading investors including Y Combinator, Sequoia, and Accel, to hire ambitious, experienced AI and ML engineers to join highly technical fast growing teams. The startups operate in sectors as wide-ranging as Fintech, Climate Tech, and of course B2B SaaS. Stage wise they range from Seed through to Series B. We work with founding teams and you to ensure cultural alignment and reduce time to hire.
What you'll be doing
• Implementing the latest advancements in ML and LLM research into practical applications.
• Building sophisticated NLP and LLM models for tasks such as classification and sentiment analysis.
• Developing and deploying predictive machine learning models to drive tangible outcomes.
• Regularly working with open-source LLMs from platforms like Hugging Face and GitHub.
• Managing GPU resources for efficient LLM deployment and optimizing overall performance.
• Fine-tuning LLMs to meet specific project requirements and enhance model accuracy.
Qualifications required
• Over 2 years of experience in deploying machine learning and large language models in production.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with the founding team and customers.
• Proficiency in writing production-level code for AI and LLM applications, with deep knowledge of Python and its advanced libraries, including PyTorch, LangChain, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, ensuring smooth collaboration and code management.
Bonus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in launching or scaling tech-driven initiatives
• Written or contributed to open-source ML and LLM projects, showcasing a commitment to community-driven development.
Compensation
• From $150k-300k+ in addition to generous equity grants
