As a Product Associate in Client Service & Implementation Onboarding & Servicing Product Line team you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities
• Contribute to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
• Participate in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
• Collaborate with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Establish and review key strategic priorities, translating them into actionable and measurable plans with clear deliverables
• Support the development of compelling business cases to support the organization's multi-year planning process
• Support the team in conducting deep dive assessments of current state with SMEs
• Support the team's objective to build a model which supports low-friction/low-effort onboardings across a variety of use cases where speed to onboard meets market demand
• Collaborate with stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams in the assessment of new opportunities and initiatives
• Ensure business cases for new initiatives are aligned with the group's strategy, understand the benefits they would provide, and mitigate risk of subsequent delivery failure
• Ensure a seamless transition from concept through initiation and delivery execution.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
• Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
• Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
• Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
• Knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to conduct product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Strong strategic and analytical orientation
• Highly developed collaborative nature

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, able to present complex concepts effectively
