Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process and smoothly onboard new employees.
• Payroll Assistance: Support payroll tasks, including timesheet review and payroll processing.
• Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures meet all legal requirements.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee relations and provide HR guidance.
• Benefits Administration: Assist with employee benefits programs.
• Record Maintenance: Keep employee records accurate and up-to-date.
• General HR Support: Tackle various HR tasks and projects with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications:
• Education: Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Proven HR administration experience.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge: Familiar with HR laws and regulations; SHRM certification is a plus.
• Attributes: Professional, reliable, flexible, and positive.
• Language: Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus.

The Zhou Law Group represents a new wave of young, innovative law firms.
