What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Support established and proposed underwriting business processes through data analysis and user acceptance testing
• Identify and analyze system requirements, workflows, and roadblocks to improve existing processes
• Perform detailed analysis on underwriting projects and recommend business solutions
• Create operational reports related to new business implementation processes
• Act as a business partner to underwriting, actuarial, and technology teams, conducting analysis of business needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in business analytics or operational analytics
• 1-3 years of insurance experience preferred
• Proven ability to create clear and detailed business requirements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn business processes
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree in business administration preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote environment
