What You Can Expect
Enables Human Resources strategy and support for the global finance organization across multiple geographies and locations. Assists in delivering the strategic priorities and direction of the HR function based on business needs, internal customer needs and external trends / developments affecting human resource policy and practice. Effectively partner with Finance leaders to deliver talent and organizational goals and priorities in alignment with enterprise HR philosophy and approach. Advise and consult with COEs to help ensure HR architecture, systems, policies and practices are continuously aligned with strategic business objectives.
How You'll Create Impact
• Leads and drives Human Resources management activity across client organization(s).
• Monitor the effectiveness of HR processes. Ensure advocacy for both the business and Team member needs and strive to drive continuous improvement and assure effectiveness, consistency and fairness.
• Partner with key internal stakeholders to support organizational needs and plans.
• Counsel and advise management on policy and practice issues.
• Partner with business leadership to develop and execute talent and organizational strategies and priorities
• Deliver and help execute other HR projects and initiatives.

Education/Experience
• Requires Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration plus 7-10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Organization Development or related field preferred.
Travel Expectations
• Up to 20%
Expected Comp: $145k-170k + Bonus
