Job Description

As a CSR in the insurance industry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing client communications, and assisting with various tasks related to insurance policies and claims. You will be the backbone of our operations, helping us maintain high levels of efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Administrative Support:
• Manage and organize electronic files and documents.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments.
• Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Assist with data entry and database management.
• Client Communications:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients.
• Provide information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Policy and Claims Assistance:
• Assist agents with the completion and submission of insurance applications and claims forms.
• Review and verify policy details and claims documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance agents and underwriters to facilitate policy issuance and claims processing.
• Monitor and track the status of claims and provide updates to clients.
• Sales and Marketing Support:
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.
• Support sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
• General Support:
• Conduct research and gather information as needed.
• Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a CSR or in a similar administrative role.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and understanding of insurance policies and claims processes is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and insurance management systems.
• Experience with customer service and client relationship management.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
