Job Description:

L3Harris Corporation is looking for a dynamic leader to assume a senior quality leadership role at its Londonderry, NH manufacturing site. This role will also have dotted line responsibility for the IVS foundry in Tempe, AZ.
• Support the delivery of high quality, cost competitive products, to support business demand.
• Manage enterprise quality to meet customer satisfaction and internal quality objectives.
• Communicate a vision and align the organization around strategic quality improvement.
• Build a diverse, high-performing and actively engaged quality organization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Work with Corporate resources to bring best of breed practices into the IVS sector, primarily in statistical process control and advanced metrics

Essential Functions:
• Support the delivery of high quality, cost competitive products, to support business demand.
• Manage enterprise quality to meet customer satisfaction and internal quality objectives.
• Communicate a vision and align the organization around strategic quality improvement.
• Build a diverse, high-performing and actively engaged quality organization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:
• Experience with ISO9001, AS9100 quality management system standards
• Experience working with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
• Proficient with applied statistics in manufacturing
• Proficient computer skills
• Quality leadership with experience in electronics manufacturing
• Experience with lean 6-sigma concepts and processes (green/black belt is a plus)
• Experience managing manufacturing process/quality control programs (quality assurance)
• Experience managing APQP-based programs with supply chain partners (supplier quality)
• Experience embedding advanced quality concepts into new product launch processes (NPI)
• Experience managing quality in a large program business to drive/support customer satisfaction
• Experience driving formal root cause corrective action programs
• Experience building a quality focused culture, aligned to mission critical products
• Experience managing large budgets (or P&L responsibilities) including capital asset planning
• Track record of developing, coaching, mentoring quality talent
• Track record of achievement – functional and business level objectives/results
