Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-obsessed Email Marketing Manager to oversee our B2C email strategy and campaigns, which target professionals across several roles and industries. This position will manage a robust schedule of B2C email cadences, own end-to-end email production and optimizations, and drive best practices to improve conversions and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
B2C Email Campaign Execution: Own the creation, timely deployment, and ongoing optimizations for all B2C email marketing motions. Create emails that are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for key metrics including CTR, open rates, revenue attribution, and engagement.
Segmentation: Oversee list management, segmentation, suppressions, list hygiene, and graphics/assets. Provide performance insights to improve personalization.
Attention to Detail: Own thorough QA process to ensure flawless content, links, delivery, and proofreading across all deployments.
A/B Testing and Optimization: Drive ongoing performance improvement through continuous A/B and multivariate testing.
Performance Analysis: Monitor, track, and report on email performance, including open rates, click rates, and conversions. Monitor and minimize unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates.
Demonstrate Best Practices and Compliance: Understand and stay current with email marketing best practices and effective strategies. Maintain CAN-SPAM compliance, data privacy requirements, and other regulations.
Campaign Management and Alignment: Develop, maintain, and communicate B2C email campaign calendars to ensure that all plans align with marketing efforts, business priorities, and deadlines.
B2B Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify performance trends and support campaigns to convert B2C sales to B2B opportunities. Provide additional email support on B2B campaign motions.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in email marketing
Proven track record of creating successful email campaigns for B2C and/or eCommerce motions.
Proficient in email marketing tools-Pardot experience a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with A/B testing and email marketing analytics.
