As the Director of Sales at Travefy, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will lead our dynamic sales team, develop strategic initiatives, and forge key relationships within the travel industry. Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling our business and achieving ambitious sales targets.

This position is available for hybrid work out of our Lincoln, NE, Omaha, NE, or Pennington, NJ offices.

You will...
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand Travefy’s customer base.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential and exceed sales goals.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and product enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to drive integrated sales strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the travel industry, including Travel Agencies, Consortia, and Strategic Partners.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
• Review and optimize internal sales processes and systems to further grow performance

We’d love to hear from you if you have…
• A proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role within the SaaS industry. High velocity SMB sales and/or travel technology is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• In-depth expertise coaching SaaS sales teams and elevating team performance.
• A deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM systems.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• A strategic mind with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
