We are seeking an experienced Senior SaaS Program Manager to lead the management, tracking, and support of a complex SaaS solution focused on system integration and development. This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation and operational scope of a re-procured software solution, ensuring seamless integration, effective vendor coordination, and adherence to project costs and timelines.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in system/software development and maintenance, with significant experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
• 8+ years of experience in complex system configuration, data migration, and system architecture.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple workstreams, including project and cost management.
• Proven ability to document software architectures, schemas, business rules, and workflows.
• Experience with federally funded subrecipient vendor programs is a plus.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing project risks and issues.
• Proficiency in SaaS solutions, system integration, and data management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Duties:
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the SaaS solution, managing operational scope, technical architecture, and coordination between outgoing and incoming service vendors.
• Ensure the SaaS solution is fully integrated, utilizing a web-based interface and comprehensive database to manage and report on data accurately.
• Collaborate with service vendors to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of the solution, addressing any integration or system performance issues.
• Support the system's capability to handle multiple concurrent users and manage diverse data types including call information, consumer data, assessments, service delivery, and activity.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial plans.
• Develop and maintain documentation for software architectures, schemas, business rules, and workflows.
• Ensure the system meets all applicable reporting requirements.
• Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues, providing solutions to mitigate potential setbacks.
